This position is so-named because of the angle that it puts the woman’s body in. She places a pillow under her head and pelvis so that she is curved. She then raises her lags and spreads them apart for him to enter. This is a fairly comfortable position that is not too dissimilar from a relatively conventional missionary position but it enhances the pleasure of sex by using the pillow to direct the hips so that the g-spot and clitoris and stimulated well by the man. It can be useful to keep pillows around for use in other types of lovemaking especially oral sex.
